This week is National Stress Awareness Week. Today we are talking stress, its impact on our overall well-being, recognizing triggers, and how to engage in prevention, even when you're already stressed.
What we share is personal to ourselves. As we engage in these difficult conversations, we don't always agree, and sometimes, we may even say something controversial or outright ignorant. We have these conversations with the best of intentions, to challenge ourselves and our belief systems, to educate us in areas of unfamiliarity, and to grow as more inclusive, compassionate, and empathetic human beings.
